How To Make Healthy Breakfast Muffins
BREAKFAST MUFFINS: 1 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms some finely chopped green onion, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, 1 egg plus 2 cups egg whites, 2 capsules of skinny fiber sprinkled over your meal. Pour egg mixture in prepared muffin tin then place veggie mix into each tin until full sprinkle with some Mrs Dash seasoning (any flavor you enjoy) and pop into oven at 350 degrees for 30 min.
