Things are already done for you so it doesn’t require a lot of work at all which makes it really easy. You do need a lot of control over what you eat and your desires since you won’t be able to completely control what you eat while on the plan. Furthermore, you’ll get less calories than what you’re used to, so the urge to eat will be big (at least at first).

I did nutrisystem several years ago and lost 35 pounds in a matter of a few months. So, in May 2015 I wanted to lose a few pounds so I thought I would do it again. I do not know what they did to the food but it has really gone down hill in the past 5 years or so. It was not very good tasting. I also had issues with gas, bloating and severe constipation. But, seeing as there is not any fat allowed on the diet (margarine, butter, etc.) no wonder. How do you expect people to shit if you don't have any fat in your diet? And, the results were very slow this time around. I lost 15 pounds over a 12 week period, and 10 of it was the fast five the first week of the program. While I could deal with the bad food temporarily, the bloating, gas and constipation is another story. I would not recommend this program to anyone, unless you really don't like them very much, and you don't want them to lose any weight.

The above comments are way off!!! I started the diet about three weeks ago and have lost ten pounds and the food is wonderful!! I have the opposite of constipation...enough said there-LOL. As to the above review, what do you expect on a diet....duh....of course you are going to have little to no fat, that's a no brainer. So. I say the diet and food are excellent and well worth the money.!!
