  2. Yes there are a few more, but I wanted to point out the most common ones. A rule of thumb is that every thing is ok as long as it is done in moderation.

  3. Sorry...eating red meat from traditionally raised farmers is not good for anyone. This meat is full of hormones and antibiotics and the animals are fed GMO corn and soy meal. Cows in the US are also still allowed to eat feeds that can include parts of pigs, fish, chicken, horses, even cats or dogs. And some of those animals -- before being rendered and mixed up for cattle feed -- are raised on food containing the same cow parts now banned from cattle consumption. Organic meat is the only way to go.
